Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must write within 3 days of delivery with photo proof of defective or damaged items. If more than 3 days have passed, we cannot guarantee you a refund or a exchange.

We will only accept returns of a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, if that is the case, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or free replacement. 

Please contact us within three days of delivery, and we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement item.

All purchases are final if: 

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
• You are simply unhappy with the product and there are no defects upon delivery. 

We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. We cannot accept a return/exchange request if you damaged the product after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the items does not meet the criteria listed above or if the product has been used, altered or damaged in any way.

Contact us at info@mybytecube.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Make sure you include your order number as well as the reason for the return.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

You have consented to this policy through an implied contract when you have completed a purchase.
